(S/H) charge added to every order for
USA and Canada, $8.00 S/H for all other locations. Please add this charge to your order. Florida
residents must add 6% Sales Tax. There is also a Priority Mail option at a $6.00 or
$12.00 charge, or you can use our free download delivery option. These shipping options will appear when using our secure
online ordering option below...
